<br />.1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(a) The permission granted shall be for one sewer <br />connection serving one one-family residence. <br /> <br />(b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject <br />to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal <br />Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, <br />and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of Redwood City. The owner{s} of the <br />hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer <br />connection charges as would be applicable to properties <br />located within the City of Redwood City and such sewer <br />rental fees as are established by the City for properties <br />located outside of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- <br />ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance <br />by the owner{s} hereof. <br /> <br />{d} The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of <br />Five Hundred Dollars {$500.00}, the condition of the <br />deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant <br />in the event applicant1s hereinafter described property <br />is annexed to the City of Redwood City within two years <br />from the date of adoptionftof this resolution. <br /> <br />{e} The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the <br />annexation of the hereinafter described property and <br />shall execute a request for annexation and standard <br />form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer <br />connection being made. <br /> <br />3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 19, as designated on the map entitled <br />"Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision One," which map <br />was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County <br />of San Mateo, state of California, on January 12, 1926, <br />in Book 13 of Maps at pages 24, 25, 26 and 27. <br /> <br />4. The permit herein granted shall not be effective until <br /> <br />such time as the owner{s} of the above described property accepts <br /> <br />the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of himself and his <br /> <br />successors in interest to the above'described property and <br /> <br />conditions {c}, {d} and {e} of paragraph 2 above have been <br /> <br />complied with. <br /> <br />5.
