<br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />.... <br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:9/19/68 <br /> <br />/,. <br /> <br />SEP 23 '68 <br /> <br />RES 0 LV T ION <br />- - - - -.- - - - - <br /> <br />N O. ..ry t 6 <br /> <br />On!f1 Jr..t .1'. ~ <br />i":,.. h ~ i"'; n , <br />I ~ ~1 ~ ;f \ I .~ 1.0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO USE FOR <br />VEHICULAR PARKING PURPOSES OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED <br />REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RAY WRIGHT'S WELDING SHOP, INC., as owner of <br /> <br />portions of Lot 4, Woodhouse Industrial Park Subdivision, said <br /> <br />real property being adjacent to and abutting certain 'City-owned <br /> <br />real property described in "Exhibit A" of that certain revocable <br /> <br />encroachment permit attached hereto, has requested permission <br /> <br />to use for vehicular parking purposes said real property described <br /> <br />in "Exhib itA"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject <br /> <br />to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />a revocable encroachment permit to Ray Wright's Welding Shop, Inc., <br /> <br />for use for vehicular parking purposes of that certain City-owned <br /> <br />real property, more particularly described in "Exhibit A" of that <br /> <br />certain revocable encroachment permit attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, which permit shall not be effective <br /> <br />until such time as Ray Wright's Welding Shop, Inc., executes an <br /> <br />acceptance of its terms and conditions, and pays to the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City the fees required therein. <br /> <br />2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Pennit - <br /> <br />Vicinity of Lot 4, Woodhouse Industrial Park Subdivision" (form <br /> <br />dated 9/19/68), attached hereto and incorporated herein as if <br /> <br />set out at length herein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
