S'}R-J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO READVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS FOR REMOVAL AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE WORK IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5769, adopted August <br />27, 1968, the City Clerk called for bids for the removal and/or <br /> <br />construction of concrete work in the City of Redwood city for <br /> <br />the period 1968-69: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, no bids were received: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to authorize and direct the city Clerk to readvertise for bids <br /> <br />for said work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />readvertise for bids for the removal and/or construction of <br /> <br />concrete work in the city of Redwood City for the period 1968-69, <br /> <br />in accordance with the specifications therefor, s~id advertise- <br /> <br />ment to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" <br /> <br />set forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
