<br />\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />under said alternate item shall be performed only at the express <br />written order of the Director of Public Works), in the City of <br />Redwood City, according to plans and specifications entitled <br />"General Specifications and Special provisions for the Construction <br />of Street Resurfacing, FY 1968 - 1969, in. the City of Redwood <br />City, California," is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby <br />found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said <br />work. <br /> <br />2. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 9/13/68), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Bragato Paving Co., <br />for the performance of said work in accordance with the above <br />mentioned plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br />4.
