<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />of. the hereinafter described property shall pay <br />such sewer connection charges as would be applicable <br />to properties located within _the City of Redwood City <br />and such sewer rental fees as are established by the <br />City for properties located out~ide of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of <br />$500.00, the condition of the deposit being that it <br />~hall be refunded to the applicant in the event <br />applicant's hereinafter described property is annexed <br />to the City of Redwood City within two years from the <br />date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall initiate proceedings for the <br />annexation of the hereinafter described property and <br />shall execute a request for annexation and standard <br />form of consent to taxation pr~or to any sewer <br />connection being made. <br /> <br />3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 204, as designated on that map entitled <br />"Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Two," which <br />map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, State of California; on October 18, 1926, <br />in Volume 14 of Maps, at pages 37 and 38: <br /> <br />4. The permi t. herein granted ~hall not be effective until <br /> <br /> <br />such time as the owner of the above described property accepts <br /> <br />the terms and conditions hereof on behalf of himself and h~ <br /> <br />successors in interest to the above. described property and con- <br /> <br />ditions (c) and (d) of paragraph 2 above, have, been complied with. <br /> <br />5.
