(b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances. of the City of Redwood.City. The owner of the herein- after described property shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be applicable to properties located within the City of Redwood City and such sewer rental fees as are established by the City for properties located outside of the.City.of Redwood City.
