<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:8/26/68 <br /> <br />"-- <br /> <br />:.. <br /> <br />~G. :'<'ti i:i~ <br /> <br />511 ~' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF BELMONT RELATING TO PROPOSED <br />FREEWAY COMPLEX, BAY SHORE FREEWAY-RALSTON AVENUE- <br />MARINE WORLD PARKWAY; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 5738 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont <br /> <br />have mutual interests in the development of the proposed freeway <br /> <br />complex in connection with the interchange of Bayshore Freeway, <br /> <br />Ralston Avenue and Marine World Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired to provide for the construction and <br /> <br />development of the aforesaid freeway complex to the mutual benefit <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Belmont: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />8/26/68) by and between the City of Redwood City and the City of <br /> <br />Belmont, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk to which copy reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 5738, adopted July 1, 1968, entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement <br /> <br />with City of Belmont Relating to Proposed Freeway Complex, <br /> <br />Bayshore Freeway-Ralston Avenue-Marine World Parkway," is hereby <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
