<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:a1 8/23/68 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OHIGINAL <br /> <br />.... .. <br /> <br />4Ie 26 '68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ~,'I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR <br />LANDSCAPE PROJECT, NEIGHBORHOOD PARK-l, REDWOOD <br />,~' SHORES SUBDIVISION NO. l, FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WH,EREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5745 adopted July 22, <br />1968, the City Clerk called for bids for the construction of <br /> <br />the landscape project for Neighborhood park-l, Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Subdivision No. l, for Redwood City Gener.al Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to reject all of said bids; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. All bids received by the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />opened August l3, 1968 for the construction of the landscape <br /> <br />project for Neighborhood Park-l, Redwood Shores Subdivision <br /> <br />No.1, for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, <br /> <br />in accordance with the specifications and contract documents <br /> <br />on file in the office of the city Clerk, are hereby rejected, <br /> <br />and the City Clerk is hereby directed to return to said bidders <br /> <br />all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
