<br />\/ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />DES: 1m: 8/14/68 <br /> <br />C~: ~~. ~,~,~ ;~}- , , <br /> <br />.. . <br /> <br />IlUG 26 v.) <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />$ '7" s>-'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF BRADFORD STREET, <br />EASTERLY OF INTERSECTION OF BRADFORD AND WALNUT, IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS At\TD <br />HIGffivAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />h~EREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> <br />at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br /> <br />the State of California, the council'of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City by its Resolution No. 5754, adopted August 5, 1968, <br /> <br />declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described <br /> <br />portion of Bradford Street; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions' of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate and abandon the <br /> <br />described portion of the above mentioned street has been pub- <br /> <br />lished and postedi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public he~ring has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW', THEREFORE i <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described portion of Bradford Street is unnecessary <br /> <br />for present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders <br /> <br />"' <br /> <br />said portion of Bradford Street vacated subject to a reservation <br /> <br />of easements for sanitary sewer and storm drainage purposes <br /> <br />as hereinafter described. <br /> <br />2.
