<br />..... 1IlIl <br />DES.ek 8/l5/68 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'ilG 19 00 <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />..: <br /> <br />RE.20LUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />5 '~1. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE LANDS COMMISSION PERMIT <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE OUTFALL LINE WITHIN STATE <br />LANDS TO SERVE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; <br />AND, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF BY CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public convenience and necessity requires <br /> <br />that a 21" sewage outfall line be constructed within Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64 and extending in <br /> <br />part into State lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, acting through the State <br /> <br />Lands Commission, has indicated its willingness to grant a permit <br /> <br />for construction within said State lands, subject to certain <br /> <br />terms and conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said permit and authorize its execution on behalf of <br /> <br />the City as permittee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain permit entitled "State of California, state <br /> <br />Lands Commission, No. <br /> <br />, Public Resources Code Series," a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made concerning the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. .... ~ <br />
