<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />bonds and sold and delivered a portion of the issues thereby <br />created; and <br />WHEREAS, Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall, <br />qualified civil engineers and engineers of the D~strict, have <br />filed with the Council a report stating that each such proj- <br />ect ,will require the incurring of general obligation bonded <br />indebtedness in addition to the indebtedness already author- <br />ized and estimating the additional cost of each such project <br />for which such general obligation bonded indebtedness should <br />be incurred, and the Council has accepted and approved such <br />report; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been found and determined, and <br />the Council does hereby find and determine, that the addi- <br />tional cost of each of said projects will be approximately <br />the sum hereinafter set forth, and that the District has <br />no funds or income or revenues and the additional cost of <br />each of said projects is and will be too great to be paid <br />from the levy and collection of taxes within the, District: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The foregoin~ recitals are, and each of them <br />is, true and correct and the Council so finds and determines. <br />2. The public interest, convenience and necessity <br />require the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance <br />and operation of each of the four projects for the District <br />hereinafter described, and the Council intends that the Dis- <br />trict shall incur additional bonded indebtedness for each of <br />said projects. <br /> <br />2 <br />
