<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />land only, should the tax base for the bonds for each of <br /> <br />said projects be land only, real property or all taxable <br /> <br />property? <br /> <br />Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time. <br /> <br />I <br />At said time and place, or at such time and place to which <br /> <br />said hearing may be adjourned, any person interested, in- <br /> <br />eluding persons owning property within the District, may <br /> <br />appear and present any matters material to the questions <br /> <br />hereinbefore set forth and will be heard upon the said <br /> <br />questions. 'At said hearing the Council shall receive <br /> <br />proofs and consider all matters stated in this resolution <br /> <br />and may make changes in any or all of said projects or in <br /> <br />the portion of the District to be benefited by any or all <br /> <br />of said projects. Upon the conclusion of said hearing <br /> <br />hereinabove fixed, the Council may, by resolution, deter- <br /> <br />mine that the public interest and convenience require the <br /> <br />incurring of any or all of said general obligation bonded <br /> <br />indebtednesses, whether the whole or only a part of the <br /> <br />District will be benefited by the object and purpose of <br /> <br />each of said four projects and the tax base for each such <br /> <br />project. If the Council determines that the whole of the <br /> <br />District will not be benefited by anyone or more of said <br /> <br />projects, then it shall by resolution describe the portion <br /> <br />of the District which will be benefited by each project <br /> <br />that does not benefit the whole of the District, describing <br /> <br />such portion of the District in a manner sufficient for <br /> <br />identification, and such portion of the District so de- <br /> <br />scribed shall thereupon constitute and be known as <br /> <br />"Improvement District No. <br /> <br />Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64" (each such improvement <br /> <br />7 <br />
