<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES: 1m: 7/31/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 51S1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT RELATING TO CONSENT TO COMMON USE OF CERTAIN <br />DESIGNATED EASEMENTS BY PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC <br />COMPANY AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Pacific Gas and <br /> <br />Electric Company relating to the common use of certain easements <br /> <br />therein described, to permit the installation of a 16 inch water <br /> <br />main in the vicinity of Wilmington Way, Farm Hill Boulevard and <br /> <br />Eden Bower Lane by the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to consent to <br /> <br />such common use by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD cr'rY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Consent to Common Use" by <br /> <br />and between the Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars as to the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the Mayor of the city of Redwood City is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
