<br />(' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:lm:8/2/68 <br /> <br />RE~OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />515' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SERVICAR OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, <br />INC., FOR RENTAL OF TRANSIT BUS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement by and between the city of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Servicar of Northern California, Inc., has <br /> <br />been presented to this Council providing for the leasing of <br /> <br />an additional bus in connection with the city's operation <br /> <br />of its municipal transit system, subject to certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions 1 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said lease agreement and authorize its execution1 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUN~IL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Lease Agreement (Transit <br /> <br />Bus)" by and between the City of Redwood City and Servicar <br /> <br />of Northern California, Inc., a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
