STATE OF' CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME AND P~ACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS lNTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION;.AND; ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION VlHEREAS, a portion of Bradford Street 'lying easterly of the intersection of Bradford and ~valnut Streets, in the city of Redwood city, dedicated as a: public' street is not needed ,for present or prospective street purposes; and \lliEREAS, the Council of the Ci ty of Redvlood ci ty intends to vacate and abandon said portion of Bradford Street pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways'Code; NOW,' THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS:, 1. The city Council hereby declar.es its intention to, vacate a portion of Bradford Street, a~ herein~fter described, and elects to proceed with. such vacation and ,abandonment pursuant 'to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways C'ode. 2.
