STATE OF' CALIFORNIA; SETTING <br />TIME AND P~ACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS lNTERESTED IN OR <br />OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION;.AND; ORDERING POSTING <br />OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />VlHEREAS, a portion of Bradford Street 'lying easterly of <br /> <br />the intersection of Bradford and ~valnut Streets, in the city <br /> <br />of Redwood city, dedicated as a: public' street is not needed <br /> <br />,for present or prospective street purposes; and <br /> <br />\lliEREAS, the Council of the Ci ty of Redvlood ci ty intends <br /> <br />to vacate and abandon said portion of Bradford Street pursuant <br /> <br />to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways'Code; <br /> <br />NOW,' THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS:, <br /> <br />1.
