<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:lm:7/23/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. 515'JJ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO HEATING <br />FACILITIES FOR CITY HALL AND MAIN LIBRARY BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Hector H. Aitken, <br /> <br />consulting mechanical engineer, for certain mechanical engineering <br /> <br />services in connection with the replacement of heating facilities <br /> <br />now installed in City's City Hall and Main Library building: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this Council has reviewed said agreement and desires <br /> <br />to approve the same and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between Hector H. Aitken, consulting <br /> <br />mechanical engineer, entitled "Agreement for Mechanical Engineering <br /> <br />Services," a copy of which is presently on file in the office of <br /> <br />the city Clerk to which copy reference is made concerning full <br /> <br />particulars as to the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
