S'5o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMEND- <br />MENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR WINDSOR GARDENS UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, by Resolution No. 5715, adopted <br /> <br />June 10, 1968, did approve and accept the final map of Windsor <br /> <br />Gardens Unit No. 2 Subdivision, Redwood City, california, subject <br /> <br />to certain conditions, including the condition that the subdivider <br /> <br />execute an agreement for the construction of improvements for <br /> <br />said subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested, and this Council <br /> <br />desires to approve, an amendment to said agreement to provide <br /> <br />for the deposit of cash in lieu of the faithful performance <br /> <br />and labor and materials bonds required in said agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to the above mentioned subdivision <br /> <br />agreement approved by Resolution No. 5715, adopted June 10, 1968, <br /> <br />entitled "Amendment to Agreement for the Improvement of Windsor <br /> <br />Gardens Unit No.2 Subdivision," a copy of which amendment to <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said amendment to agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
