<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:7/19/68 <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. 5195' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />LANDSCAPE PROJECT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PARK - 1, REDWOOD <br />SHORES SUBDIVISION NO.1, FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of the landscape <br /> <br />project for Neighborhood Park - 1, Redwood Shores Subdivision <br /> <br />No.1, for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents and specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Documents and Specifications - Landscape Project - Neighborhood <br /> <br />Park - 1 - Redwood Shores Subdivision No. 1 - for Redwood City <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64," and those certain plans <br /> <br />entitled "Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California - Construction Drawings for Landscaping <br /> <br />of Neighborhood Park - 1 - Redwood Shores Subdivision I," <br /> <br />prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain notice to contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
