FXS:~a~ /20/90 (004/29) <br /> <br />Department of Boating and Waterways entitled, "Ramp Repair and <br />Modifications Contract" dated ~, 1990, a copy of <br />which is on file in the Port Administrative Offices to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Executive Director (Port Manager) is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its <br />Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> <br /> 3) Upon receipt, any and all grant fundings received <br />pursuant to the aforementioned application and agreement shall be <br />deposited into a special account designated "Boating and Waterways <br />Ramp Modification Grant" which shall reflect all receipts and <br />expenditures pertaining thereto. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 14thday of November, 1990 <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, Commissioners: <br /> Bennett, Castle, Dodge, Small, Smith <br /> NOES, Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Commissioners: None <br /> <br /> SECRETARY, Board 6f Po-~r'Cdmm~sslVoners <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
