S1'!/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND UNITED STATES FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MUNICIPAL <br />INSURANCE FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JULY II, 1968 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proposals for the furnishing of municipal insurance <br /> <br />for a three year period commencing on July 11th, 1968, have been <br /> <br />received by this Council; and <br /> <br />\mEREAS, after review of the proposals this Council has <br /> <br />approved the bid of United States Fire Insurance Company, and <br /> <br />wishes to authorize an agreement in accordance with the terms <br /> <br />of that proposal; <br /> <br />NGw, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into an insurance agreement with United States Fire <br /> <br />Insurance Company in accordance with the specifications prepared <br /> <br />for such insurance by the City of Redwood City and in accordance <br /> <br />with the proposal submitted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
