<br />..& <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:7/3/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. 5710 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING OF ONE <br />LATEST MODEL STATION WAGON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5726, adopted June 17, <br /> <br />1968, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> <br />latest model, eight cylinder, six passenger station wagon to be <br /> <br />used for municipal purposes: -and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Manager for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, E-Z DAVIES CHEVROLET, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to said E-Z Davies <br /> <br />Chevrolet: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The bid of E-Z Davies Chevrolet, in the total net delivered <br /> <br />price to the City of Redwood City of Two Thousand Five Hundred <br /> <br />Forty and 76/100 Dollars ($2,540.76), for the furnishing of one <br /> <br />latest model, eight cylinder, six passenger station wagon, in <br /> <br />accordance with the specifications therefor, is hereby accepted, <br /> <br />and said bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder for said equipment. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
