<br />DES.ek 6/28/68 <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REE.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />S'JAfJ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF BELMONT RELATING TO PROPOSED <br />FREEWAY COMPLEX, BAYSHORE FREEWAY-RALSTON AVENUE- <br />MARINE WORLD PARKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont <br /> <br />have mutual interests in the development of the proposed freeway <br /> <br />complex in connection with the interchange of Bayshore Freeway, <br /> <br />Ralston Avenue and Marine World Parkway: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired to provide for the construction and <br /> <br />development of the aforesaid freeway complex to the mutual benefit <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Belmont: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />6/26/68) by and between the City of Redwood City and the City <br /> <br />of Belmont, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk to which copy reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
