<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-65, in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found <br />and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br />2. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. Any informality in the bid of George Bianchi Construction <br />Inc. is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled IIRedwood City G.I.D. No. 1-65 - <br />Agreement" (form dated 6/27/68) between the City of Redwood City <br />and George Bianchi Construction Inc., for the performance of <br />said work in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a <br />copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
