<br />I <br /> <br />,,,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:6/24/68 <br /> <br />.JJN 24 '68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ..fj--7J ~ <br /> <br />C;D'i~' "p, <br />, t .", ;. t......If .. .: \' . .... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND <br />BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR VEHICULAR PARKING PURPOSES <br />ON CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a lease <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />agreement for the lease of certain City-owned real property for <br /> <br />vehicular parking, for the term of three years, commencing upon <br /> <br />the first day of the month following the date upon which the <br /> <br />lease is awarded to the successful bidder by the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said lease agreement and <br /> <br />the bid documents pe~taining thereto, and desires to approve the <br />same, and authorize a call for bids therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain lease agreement, entitled "Lease Agreement <br /> <br />- Parking Facilities," and those certain bid documents consisting <br /> <br />of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, and Proposal, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids the lease of the premises described in the <br /> <br />above mentioned lease agreement in accordance with section 3-1/2 <br /> <br />of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
