<br />The perpetual right, privilege, easement and right of way

<br />for storm drainage purposes, including the right to excavate,
<br />
<br />construct, maintain, repair, improve and use such storm drainage
<br />
<br />facilities, ditches, pipes, cqnduits, channels, banks and streams,
<br />
<br />and other public utilities, together with protective fences and
<br />
<br />such other appurtenances thereto, as the City of Redwood City,
<br />
<br />a municipal corporation of the State of California, shall from
<br />
<br />time to time elect within any part or all of that certain real
<br />
<br />property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />
<br />state of California, more particularly described as follows:
