AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: To institute, maintain and prosecute, in the'name of the City of Redwood City, an action in the Superior Court of the state of California,' in and for the County of San Mateo, for the condemnation of the right of way and easements in and upon the real property hereinabove described, for said public improvement, and to take all steps necessary for said condemnation in the name 'of the City- of Redwood City.
