That said owners or subdividers .shall, before the release of <br /> <br />said final map to owners of. record .and as a.condi~ion precedent to the <br />recordation thereof, furnish to th~ city and file. with the city Clerk <br /> <br />certificates or policies of public liability and property ~amage in- <br /> <br />surance as required by the above-mentioned agreement entitled,IIAgree- <br /> <br />ment ~or the Improvement of Windsor Gardens .Unit No.2 Subdivision, II <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain specifications approved, by the City Enginee~, <br /> <br />enti tled:. "Standard, Specifications, City of Redwood City,." and those <br /> <br />. certain plans entitled "Windsor Gardens U~itNO.. 2, Revision of Fox <br /> <br />Court, West from Carlos Avenue," which plans and specifications are <br /> <br />now on' file in the office of the City. Engineer, are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the ..... <br /> <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the city of Redwood City <br /> <br />and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Windsor Gardens Unit No.2 Subdivision,". a copy of which is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City 'Cler~ and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />-2- <br />
