RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STATEMENT OF ABATEMENT EXPENSES AND ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL: STRUCTURE LOCATED ON LOT 10, SOUTHEASTERLY 18 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK II, RANGE D, MEZESVILLE (628 HOPKINS AVENUE, REDWOOD CITY) WHEREAS, proaeedings have been heretofore initiated for the abatement of a dilapidated structure ~ocated on Lot 10, Southeasterly 18 feet of Lot 3, Block II, Range D, Mezesville, commonly known as 628 Hopkins Avenue, Redwood City, California, by the adoption of Resolution No. 5658, adopted April 9, 1968; and WHEREAS, said abatement work has been completed in accordance with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the .ehief~Building Official has submitted his statement of abatement expenses to this Council and a public hearing has been held thereon after due notice; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: I. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($715.00) incurred in connection with the abatement of a dilapidated structure located on Lot 10, Southeasterly 18 feet of Lot 3, Block II, Range D, Mezesville (628 Hopkins Avenue), and hereby orders that said amount shall constitute a lien on said real property and shall be collected on the next succeeding tax roll in accordance with
