<br />..... <br />1" <br />r.. <br /> <br />...., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 57/~ <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br /> <br />BEL AIR WAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br /> <br />the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br /> <br />in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work <br /> <br />of a similar character to that described in Resolution of In- <br /> <br />5711 <br /> <br />, adopted May 13, 1968 by the Council of <br /> <br />tention No. <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br /> <br />tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which <br /> <br />are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office <br /> <br />of the Clerk of said City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br /> <br />said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the following wage scale, as set forth in the spec- <br /> <br />ifications for the above mentioned project, is hereby adopted as <br /> <br />the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar char- <br /> <br />acter to that above described in the locality in which said public <br /> <br />work is proposed to be performed: <br /> <br />-1- <br />
