i. .. ~ . ~ . ~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in many instances the grades of the finished work will or may be substantially different from the existing grades. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and said Council of said City does determine that serial bonds to represent the unpaid assessments of $50.00 or over, bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, will be issued pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 as embodied in Division 7, Part 5, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature four- teen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 1st day of the next September following their date. Said bonds will be payable to bearer and will contain a provision for a five per cent (5%) prepayment premium on redemption. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of said Council determining to make said improvements without compliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Pro- test Act of 1931, being Resolution No. on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911, as amended. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 8th o~ July, 1968, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, has been and is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed for said work and im- provements, may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done in accordance with this resolution of -4-
