<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1967, and that certain supplement thereto entitled "Supple- <br />mentary Fire Protection Agreement" likewise dated June 16, 1967 <br />(herein collectively called "agreement") are hereby cancelled <br />and terminated, effective June 30, 1968, and thereafter such <br />respective rights, duties and obligations of the parties as <br />would accrue without such cancellation and termination, shall <br />cease. <br />2. It is hereby found and determined that the aforesaid <br />cancellation and termination is necessary, proper and in the <br />public interest. <br />3. The cancellation and termination effected in paragraph 1 <br />hereof shall be without prejudice to all other legal rights and <br />remedies available to the City under the circumstances. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the <br />District and the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Mateo of the cancellation and termination effected herein, and <br />to take all reasonable measures to notify the electors of said <br />District of said action. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
