The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on -behalf of the City of Redwood city <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement, Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, "Redwood Shores Subdivision No. 1 <br />Improvements"', by and between the City of Redwood City ahd Hood <br />Corporation, for the performance of the aforesaid work in accordance <br />with and subject to the terms and conditions of the abovementioned <br />specifications and contract documents, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Cler~, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and con- <br />ditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the abovementioned bid of Hood Cor- <br />poration is hereby waived. <br />4. Any.apd all bids -receIved by the City of Redwood City <br />for the abovementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />contract for the performance of the work, and to all unsuccess- <br />ful bidders, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract <br />upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
