The design shall include the field investigation of the existing facilities and interfacing <br />with the city's SCADA consultant for system function and incorporating into the design of <br />the new Motor Control Center. The existing generator with be reconnected to the new <br />Motor control Center. Allowance for two site observations/inspections duting construction <br />and two meetings with the city. The construction documents will be provided in two <br />phases; 70% and 100% design documents. <br /> <br />Our office win create the drawings in the latest version of ACAD in out' office but will <br />provide final documents to the city in 2007 ACAD. Any as-built, which the city has in <br />ACAD, format files or hand drafted plans will be provided to Zeiger Engineers to <br />incorporate into its design as required. <br /> <br />Basic Services: Electrical engineering work will include: <br /> <br />- site investigations of the existing conditions <br />.. Existing PG & E is adequate for the renovation/replacement and no work is <br />required for service upgrade. <br />- provide design for replacement of the existing MCC for the sanitary sewer station <br />and co-ordinate with City's SCADA consultant for controls. <br />electrical specifications and drawings <br />two site observations/inspections during construction <br />.. two coordination meetings with Redwood City representatives <br />- office consultation during construction (submittal review, RFIs, etc) <br />- Cost Estimate <br /> <br />Additional Services, work not included in our Basic Services, shall include, but is not <br />necessarily limited to: <br /> <br />1. Additional site observations/inspections during construction beyond the basic <br />contract. <br />2. Additional meetings beyond the two in the basic contract. <br />3.
