RE G: yc: 5/8/61-7 <br />AE - _`OLUT ION N O. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETS EN CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR LIBRARY <br />SERVICES, AbTD AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br />ment for the extension of City library service to County residents <br />in certain areas adjacent to Redwood City and for the continuation <br />of County "Book-Mobile'. service to areas within the City; and <br />I <br />v!TMREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution on behalf of <br />the City of redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT AE SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF C- CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Library <br />Services, by and between the City of Redwood City and the County <br />of San Mateo, a copy of which is presently on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />full particulars as to the terms and conditions thereof, is here- <br />by approved. <br />2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />
