BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1961- <br />JUNE 30, 1962; ORDERING PUBLIC NOTICE BE GIVEN OF <br />SAID HEARING AND OF THE FACT THAT COPIES OF SAID <br />PROPOSED BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK <br />'aHEREAS, the proposed budget of the City of Redwood City <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1961 -June 30, 1962 has been submitted <br />to the Council of the City of Redwood City; <br />N01•7, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. In accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the <br />City of Redwood City, Monday, the 12th day of June, 1961, <br />at or about the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. in the Board of Supervisors <br />Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, <br />is hereby set as the time and place at which a public hearing <br />will be held on the abovementioned budget. <br />2. It is hereby ordered that at least two copies of said <br />budget be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of Redwood <br />City, for inspection by members of the public. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice to be published at least once in the official <br />newspaper stating that copies of the budget are available for <br />inspection by members of the public at the office of the City <br />Clerk, City Hall, Redwood City, California, and stating the <br />time and place at which the public hearing will be held on said <br />budget. <br />
