RJC.ek.5/8/61-7 <br />0 <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 0 9 N O. 1390 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FIRE <br />APPARATUS (75 AERIAL TONER (SITORKEL)); AND, <br />AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />TffHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for fire apparatus, consisting of a 75 foot <br />aerial tower (Snorkel), necessary for municipal purposes, to <br />replace worn-out equipment; and, <br />WHEREAS,, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said apparatus; <br />NaVl, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLGsdo-: <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br />for Fire Apparatus, 75' Aerial Tower (Snorkel)" prepared by <br />the Fire Chief and on file in the office of the Fire Chief, <br />are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said apparatus, in <br />accordance with the specifications therefor. <br />
