Ar _,� v i;EG: yc : 4/28/61 -7 0 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING <br />VIVIAN RIFBJERG ON THE OCCASION OF HER <br />RETIREMENT FI.LOM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AFTER NEARLY TWENTY YEARS OF SERVICE <br />W - 1iEREAS, the retirement of Vivian Rifbjerg from the position <br />of Deputy City Clerk marks the end of a long and dedicated period <br />of pub 1 is service to the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Vivian's cheerful and conscientious attitude has <br />won her the respect and admiration of all who have had an oppor- <br />tunity to work with her; and <br />WHEREAS, the dedicated and responsible manner in which Vivian <br />has performed her duties has been recognized and praised by the <br />many citizens of this City who have received the benefit of Vivian' s <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, Vivian, a graduate of Sequoia High School, served <br />the Water Department and Accounting Department before becoming <br />Deputy City Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That the Council of redwood City, on behalf of the grateful <br />citizens of this City, extend their sincere congratulations to <br />Vivian Rifbjerg on the occasion of her retirement from the posi- <br />tion of Deputy City Clerk and commend Vivian Rifbjerg for the <br />outstanding and devoted manner in which she has served the City <br />of Redwood City for nearly twenty years. <br />V\ <br />M <br />
