• <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />• <br />N 0. <br />REG:yc:4 /27/61 -7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR DOWNTOWN STREET RESURFACING - 1961 <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifica- <br />tions for the resurfacing of portions of Hopkins Avenue, Broadway, <br />Middlefield Road, Fuller Street, Brewster Avenue and Marshall <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed <br />said plans and specifications and desires to approve the same and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the re- <br />surfacing of the above mentioned downtown streets; <br />NOW, THE REF ORE : <br />BE IT RESOLVED By THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That those certain above mentioned plans and specifications <br />entitled "General Specifications and Special Provisions for the <br />Construction of Downtown Street resurfacing - 1961," copies of <br />which are presently on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br />to which copies reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are hereby approved, <br />and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call for <br />bids for the above mentioned resurfacing program. <br />
