(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and (2) That on March 13 19 61 , this Council did adopt its Resolution No. 3325 , entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its In- tention to, Initiate on its own Motion Proceedings to Annex to said City certain Uninhabited Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name ' Farm Hill Ad dition No. 2 a Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council will hear Protests to said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said proposed annexation, described said territory and designated it by the above mentioned name, made cer- tain findings respecting said proposal and gave notice of the time and place this Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve (12) registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council, and that said territory is therefore uninhabited; and (4) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No_ 3325 to be published in the manner and within the time re- quired by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be given; all in the manner and time required by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution No. 3325 , set and designate Mav 1 , 19 61 , at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour and -2-
