e <br />J • <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen years <br />from the second day of January next succeeding the fifteenth day <br />of the next November following their date. <br />Notice is hereby given that Monday, the /6th day of <br />May , 1961, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., at <br />the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />Redwood City, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where any and all persons interested may appear and <br />show cause, if any they have, why the City Council should not <br />find and determine that the public convenience and necessity re- <br />quire the improvements described in and referred to in this reso- <br />lution, without further compliance with the Special Assessment, <br />Investigation, Limitation, and Majority Protest Act of 1931 of <br />the State of California now embodied in the Streets and Highways <br />Code of California as Division 4 thereof. <br />The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this <br />resolution by publishing a Notice of Proposed Local Improvement <br />once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published <br />and circulated in said City, and by posting same on or near the <br />Council_ Chamber door of said Council, said posting and publica- <br />tion to be made at least ten days before the date of said hearing. <br />-3- <br />
