P-1342 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING CERTAIN BENEFITS TO DESIGNATED <br /> OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY; AND <br /> RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. P-1257 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. BENEFITS SPECIFIED. The following benefits shall be <br />provided to persons appointed on a full-time basis to the <br />following ~pecified positions of employment in the manner and <br />amount respectively described for such positions: <br /> <br /> (a) Management Employees. The Port Executive Director <br />(Port Manager), Manager of Finance, Manager of Operations and <br />Manager of Trade Development shall receive the benefits specified <br />in subdivision (b) hereof, except that they shall also receive <br />such additional benefits as are provided, or may from time to <br />time be provided, to officers or employees of the City of Redwood <br />City not subject to the City's competitive service or merit <br />system, as the positions of employment for said officers and <br />employees are specified in subdivision (c) of Section 23.2 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, as said subdivision exists upon <br />the date hereof or may from time to time be amended; provided, <br />however, that such additional benefits shall not be provided to <br />the extent of any conflict thereof with the benefits provided <br />pursuant to subdivision ~b) hereof. <br /> <br /> (b) General Employees. Benefits for persons appointed to <br />the positions of Executive Assistant, Accounting Clerk, <br />Secretary/Receptionist, Maintenance Person and Yacht Harbor <br /> <br /> <br />
