That any and tall objections and protests made pursuant to said resolution be, and the sear are, hereby overruled and denied. 3• That the improvements described in said resolution be made under and pursuant to the vrovisions of Article I of Ord No 33 3, entitled "Redwoo City Improvement Pro- cedure Ordinance", adopt M 14, 1932, as amended, and that the S�ecia,l Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Mia�jority Protest Act of 1931 shall not apply to said Proceedings.
