"j REG : yc : 4/10/61 -7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING FIFTH AVENUE BETWEEN BAY <br />ROAD AND THE SOUTHERLY CITY LIMITS A MAJOR <br />CITY STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2050, et seq., of <br />the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, that <br />Fifth Avenue from Bay Road to the southeasterly prolongation of <br />the northeasterly line of Lot 19, Block 23, North Fair Oaks Sub- <br />division No. 1, as filed in Book 5 of Maps at page 42 on November 18, <br />1907, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, is hereby <br />declared to be a Major City Street. <br />2. The above described portion of street declared to be a <br />Major City Street is in addition to all streets previously <br />declared to be Major City Streets. <br />3. The City Engineer is hereby directed to forward copies <br />of this resolution to the Division of Highways, Department of <br />Public Works, of the State of California. <br />
