333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled "Redwood City Improve- <br />ment Procedure Ordinance ", adopted March 14, 1932, as amended, <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen years <br />from the second day of January next succeeding the fifteenth day <br />of the next November following their date. <br />Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 24th day of April, <br />1961, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., at the Board of Super- <br />visors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, Cali- <br />fornia, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where <br />any and all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any <br />they have, why the City Council should not find and determine <br />that the public convenience and necessity require the improvements <br />desert -bed in and referred to in this resolution, without further <br />compliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation, <br />and Majority Protest Act of 1931 of the State of California now <br />embodied in the Streets and Highways Code of California as Divi- <br />sion 4 thereof. <br />The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this <br />resolution by publishing a Notice of Proposed Local Improvement <br />once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published <br />and circulated in said City, and by posting same on or near the <br />Council Chamber door of said Council, said posting and publica- <br />tion to be made at least ten days before the date of said hearing. <br />-3- <br />
