(i) The acquisition of all easements reasonably necessary to com- <br />plete the above described improvements. <br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the <br />place, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to the <br />lines., grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles.and <br />specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of the City <br />Engineer of the City of Redwood City., and the same are made a part <br />hereof by reference thereto. <br />Whenever any public way is referred to as running between two <br />public ways, or from or to any public way,, the intersections of the <br />public ways referred to are included to the extent that work shall <br />be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifications herein- <br />before referred to. <br />Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official <br />grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to. <br />The total estimated cost of said improvements and acquisitions <br />as determined by the City Engineer of Redwood City, California, is <br />the sum of $31,228.86. <br />Said contemplated work and improvements., in the opinion of said <br />City Council, is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and <br />said Council does hereby make the cost and expenses of doing such <br />work and improvements chargeable upon a district, which district <br />said Council declares to be the district benefited by said work <br />and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and ex- <br />pense thereof and which said district is wholly within the limits <br />of said City of Redwood City, State of California., and is described <br />as follows: <br />-2- <br />
