district proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements., <br />may appear before said Council of said City and show cause why <br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and <br />done in accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said <br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the <br />grades as shown on the plans., profiles., and detailed drawings re- <br />ferred to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said <br />proposed improvement. <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper., <br />published, printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, <br />is hereby designated by the Council of said City as the newspaper <br />in which to publish this resolution of intention as required by <br />law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered <br />and directed to cause this resolution of intention to be published <br />in said newspaper twice., as required by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall <br />cause notices of the passage of this resolution of intention to <br />be posted in the time, form., manner and number as required by law. <br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of <br />this resolution of intention to all persons owning real property <br />proposed to be assessed, whose names and addresses appear on the <br />last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes, prior thereto, <br />in time,, form and manner as required by law. <br />
