R E S O L U T I O N <br />L <br />N O. 3 48 <br />REG: yc:4 /3/61 -7 <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING LEONARD BRITSCHGI FOR HIS PUBLIC <br />SPIRIT AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of this Council that <br />Leonard Britschgi has unselfishly devoted his time and efforts <br />in the interest of the community and is deserving of recognition <br />for the services he has rendered; and <br />WHEREAS, among his many other civic services, Leonard Britschgi <br />has become one of the community's leading volunteer blood donors, <br />conscientiously and consistently contributing his blood so that <br />he may be of assistance to those who are in need; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That this Council takes this opportunity to commend Leonard <br />Britchgi for his service to the community and, in particular, for <br />his tremendous contributions as a volunteer blood donor. <br />
