• <br />El <br />0 REG: yc: 3/16/61 -7 <br />RE SOLUT ION NO. 3339 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE OF PROPERTY FOR <br />CONCESSION AREA AT HAVES PARK, AND AUTHOR- <br />IZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, the City is the owner of a certain concession area <br />located adjacent to the soft ball diamond in Hawes Park, Redwood <br />C ity; and <br />WHEREAS, City desires to offer to lease said property between <br />May 1, 1961, and December 31, 1961, for the purpose of sale of <br />food and non - alcoholic beverages while the Hawes Park area is <br />being used for recreation uses; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain lease, entitled "Agreement - Lease of Con- <br />cession Area - Hawes Park," copy of which is on file in the of- <br />f ice of the City Clerk, and to which reference is hereby made, <br />is hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise the lease of said premises in accordance with Section <br />3 - 1/2(a) of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br />
