NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS. <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning <br />Commission is hereby authorized to grant the exception applied <br />for and to approve the tentative map of the hereinabove described <br />property. <br />2. The exception shall be subject to the following conditions: <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br />and /or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br />shall be strictly complied with. <br />-2- <br />
