- : ek :2/21/61 -7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON NO. 3321 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BOTH SIDES OF MARSHALL <br />STREET, FROM JEFFERSON AVENUE TO MAIN STREET, <br />AS A PARKING METER ZONE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 567, entitled "An Ordinance <br />Providing for the Purchase, Acquisition, Installation, Operation, <br />Maintenance, Supervision, Regulation and Control of the Use of <br />Parking Meters; Defining and providing for the Establishment of <br />Parking Meter Zones and providing for the Use of Loading Zone <br />Hoods and Revocation thereof, fixing the Charge therefor; Pro- <br />viding for the Enforcement hereof and providing Penalties for <br />the Violation hereof," adopted December 2, 1946, as amended, the <br />hereinafter described area is hereby established as a one -hour <br />parking meter zone: <br />Marshall Street: Both sides, from Jefferson <br />Avenue to Main Street. <br />2. Regulations established for one -hour parking shall be <br />effective between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Sundays <br />and holidays excepted. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause to be installed parking meters for parallel parking along <br />the curb line of the parking meter zone described in Section 1 <br />of this resolution and in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 567. <br />
